We are looking for a Multifamily Community Manager to oversee the daily operations, customer service, computer literacy, financial performance, and resident satisfaction of a multifamily apartment community. This role includes managing leasing, rent collection, maintenance, budgeting, and staff supervision, while ensuring compliance with all property regulations and Fair Housing laws. The Community Manager will collaborate with maintenance teams, leasing staff, and property owners to maintain a safe, attractive, and well-maintained community. They will serve as the primary contact for residents, addressing issues, lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and engagement programs, while hiring, training, and managing on-site staff to ensure high performance and a positive work environment.

Application RequirementsList Item 3
- Must reside within 10 miles of the property for timely response and on-site availability
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g. AppFolio, Blue Moon)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial acumen
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws
- Valid driver's licensed required
