About Us

We manage and maintain a high-quality property where upkeep, presentation, and functionality are top priorities. To support our operations, we're looking for a hands-on and dependable Assistant Maintenance to join our on-site team. You'll be responsible for helping keep the property in excellent condition.

• Assist with routine property maintenance, including repairs, landscaping, and common area upkeep
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks under supervision
• Help maintain gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas
• Support scheduled servicing of essential services like lighting, smoke alarms, and air conditioning
• Report damage, hazards, and maintenance issues to the Property Manager promptly
• Carry out basic cleaning and waste disposal in communal spaces
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean, safe working condition
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes

• Experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or property care preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow directions from the Maintenance Manager or Property Manager
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and team player who takes pride in their work
• Current driver's licence.
