We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Agent to join our multifamily property team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sales mindset, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of the community helping prospective residents find their new home while ensuring an exceptional living experience for current residents.

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospective residents through the property and available apartments.
• Present property features, pricing, and lease options to prospects in a professional and engaging manner.
• Manage the full leasing process including applications, approvals, and lease signings.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective residents to secure leases and meet occupancy goals.
• Assist residents with renewals, service requests, and general enquiries to support strong retention.
• Keep online listings and advertising up to date, ensuring accuracy of availability and pricing.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity spaces in a professional, welcoming condition.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and applicable regulations.

• Previous leasing, real estate, customer service, or sales experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• With knowledge and experience in multifamily leasing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and close leases.
• Comfortable using property management software and digital marketing tools.
• Has a basic knowledge in creating a flyer/postcard (in Canva).
• High attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
• Willingness to work weekends or evenings if required by property schedule.
• Reside within 10 miles of Arlington.
